Sangiovese
The king of Tuscan grapes, enjoyed by kings and popes. Sangiovese is a fruit forward red with hints of strawberry, spice and bright acid which ends with a silky oak finish.
Riesling
A delicate wine, Riesling demands special handling to avoid crushing the skin and leaking tannin into the juice. We take special care to gently press the fruit and chill it to preserve the delicate flavors of apple and tree fruits with perfumed aromas. With its bright acidity and time in french oak barrels - we hope this becomes your new favorite white!
Full Monte
Montepulciano heralds from Tuscany, but loves our Texas heat. Late to Harvest, we think it wants to deliver every ounce of pigmented tannins and color to please the most discerning wine lover. Rich, flavorful and seriously delicious- Red Lovers Rejoice!
Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon clone #47 is a cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc vines to make a beautiful wine that produces black currant, pencil box aromas and grassy notes. A shy producer, we hope to highlight what Texas can do to keep this wine on a pedestal for all to enjoy with a spicy oak regiment.
Collo Bianco
We take the best of our Texas harvest and find a way to blend the perfect wine to enjoy with friends and family. Uniquely made for our spicy cuisine; this fruity and yet firm finish wine will complement any sunset or dinner at the end of a long day!
Petit Verdot
Petit Verdot (“peh-tee vur-doe”) is a full-bodied red wine that originates in southwestern France (in Bordeaux). It is highly desired as a blending grape in red Bordeaux blends because of its plentiful color, tannin and floral aromas of violet. Because Petit Verdot is such a bold wine, it is commonly added in less than 10% of most wine blends. The wine is also rarely produced as a single-varietal wine Petit Verdot translates close to “little green one” and this is most likely because this grape is a late-ripening, warm climate variety. In Bordeaux, it meant that the grapes were often not quite ready (e.g. a little green) when they had to be picked for harvest.
Dolcetto
Known as the “Little Sweet One” for its wonderful, fruity nose – not for being sweet. We make our Dolcetto to accent its strong fruit notes and make it an approachable, every day wine. This one is best to enjoy with friends on a sunny afternoon or an intimate dinner with that special someone.
Hye Jinx
By definition, Hye Jinx implies “wild or playful behavior.” We believe the richness of Carignan combined with the fruity aromatics of Mourvedre with just a hint of sweetness will bring out the playful side of anyone!
Edelzwicker
Edel (Noble)+Zwicker(blend) is the name reserved for blended wines of Alsace, France. We think it means seriously delicious delivering a fruity and harmonious nose with a touch of sweetness. These Blends are well known in France and Germany - We hope you find them just as delicious in Texas!
Elixir Vintage Port
In barrel for 4.5 years, this port exemplifies my approach to winemaking patience. A blend of two wines and a brandy we had made from our wine for us – A Texas rockstar of finesse and taste. So pull that cork, sit back and enjoy with dessert, a good stilton cheese or a cigar.
Hye-Albert Sparkling Cuveé
Cuvee, meaning a blend from mixing wines produced by several vineyards in the same district. These vineyards, in the Texas High Plains, provide the grapes we use to create unique wines.
